1. Project coordinator/ Điều phối viên dự án

Hợp tác với Phòng Mở rộng: cung cấp và nộp tất cả các tài liệu pháp lý cần thiết./ Take the site survey and participate in the technical discussions with the expansion department while the leasing agreement is being negotiated and signed. Cooperation with the Expansion Department: provide and submit all required legal documentation.

Giám sát dự án bao gồm theo dõi chặt chẽ việc quản lý, giám sát, thử nghiệm và vận hành./ Project supervision includes keeping a close watch on the management, supervisor, testing, and commissioning.

2. Clarify project design/ Làm rõ thiết kế dự án

Nhiệm vụ của tôi sẽ bao gồm kiểm tra tài liệu kỹ thuật để đảm bảo rằng các nhà thầu và chủ doanh nghiệp hiểu các yêu cầu kỹ thuật trong giai đoạn thiết kế kỹ thuật. Tôi cũng sẽ chịu trách nhiệm sắp xếp việc xem xét bố cục và bản vẽ triển khai. Ngoài ra, dữ liệu sẽ được thu thập theo yêu cầu từ các bộ phận khác để cập nhật những thay đổi này, tạo bản vẽ kỹ thuật và tạo bản vẽ 3D nếu cần./ My duties will include examining technical documentation to ensure that contractors and business owners understand the technical requirements during the technical design stage. I will also be responsible for arranging the layout review, and implementation drawing. Additionally, the data will be gathered as requested from other departments to update these changes, produce technical drawings, and, if necessary, create 3D renderings.

3. Manage project stages/ Quản lý các giai đoạn dự án

Lập kế hoạch đấu thầu và tiến độ dự án tổng thể./ Establish the tender plan and the master project schedule.

Thẩm định, đánh giá hồ sơ dự thầu do nhà thầu nộp về số lượng, tiến độ, chất lượng trước khi gửi cho bộ phận dự toán./ Verify and evaluate the tender documents submitted by contractors in terms of quantity, progress, and quality before sending them to the costing team.

Tổ chức họp hàng tuần tại công trường. Theo dõi biên bản chấp nhận hợp đồng, thanh toán và chấm dứt hợp đồng./ Organize weekly meetings at the  construction site. Monitor contract acceptance minute, payment, and termination.

Tham gia các cuộc họp của bộ phận để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến dự án; đảm bảo sự phối hợp chặt chẽ trong suốt thời gian thực hiện dự án; tổ chức nghiệm thu, bàn giao công việc cho khối quản lý tài sản hoặc tổ vận hành./ Participate in departmental meetings to resolve projects-related issues; ensure tight collaboration during the project time; and organize the acceptance and handover of work to the property or operation team.

4. Supervise construction & maintenance./ Giám sát thi công và bảo trì.

Giám sát hồ sơ mời thầu cho các dự án như lắp đặt thiết bị, cải tạo tòa nhà hoặc công việc bảo trì, cũng như giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật và phối hợp với bộ phận thiết kế./ Oversee the tender documents for projects such as equipment installation, building renovations, or maintenance work, as well as address technical concerns and coordinate with the design department.
